Look What The Postie Brought!

I had a lovely surprise when I got back from dropping Nipper at nursery this morning - Beth's 'cheer-me-up' giveaway win!
I love Beth's blog, not just for her crafty stuff, but because she is so honest and always makes me laugh. I have great admiration for her as she manages to produce lovely crafty stuff whilst looking after 3 kiddies under the age of 5, plus husband, and she's in training for a triathlon!

The giveaway was for one of Beth's handmade cuffs but look at what she sent.

The gorgeous cuff:

A crayon-roll for Nipper (I've been meaning to make one of these):

And a lovely card:

Thank you Beth - you are very talented and very generous!

If you want to know what I said that cheered her up then check my comment on this post!

  6. The art cuff is so fun! I've been reading back a few posts and am dismayed that I missed the hospital bit. And really relieved to hear that all is better now, Tilly. What's Mr. Earplugs doing is Spain?

  7. Lovely things you got there! Freecycle is great isn't it? I've got all sorts of things like antique chairs, lamps etc. Sahme about the computer bits, mind you you can't give that stuff away now can you?! You do have to be really careful getting rid of hard disks though because fraudsters can get all your personal details from that. You have to take the hard dsk out and smash it up really.

  10. Aww, You were scared of Moonface. I seem to remember there was a fairy called Silky and the saucepan man. People with names like Mrs Washalot and Mr Shoutalot lived in the lands up the ladder at the top of the tree. God its 30 years since I read these (its all coming back LOL!) I was a huge Enid Blyton fan and wouldnt read anything else when I was a kid X
